1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Fixora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Beta Status

Fixora is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We recommend backing up your code before applying any AI-generated repairs.

3. What Fixora Does

Fixora analyzes your source code locally, detects bugs and errors, and uses AI to suggest repairs. All analysis runs on your machine. Code is sent only to the AI provider you configure (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI).

4. Your Code & Data

Your code never leaves your machine except to your chosen AI provider
NOVAA Studios does not receive, store, or process your code
Anonymous usage telemetry is off by default — you control this in Settings → Privacy
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever

5. API Keys

You provide your own API keys for AI providers
Keys are stored encrypted on your local machine only
NOVAA Studios never sees your API keys
You are responsible for your API provider’s usage costs and rate limits

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fixora to:

Violate any applicable law
Reverse engineer or tamper with the application
Attempt to extract or misuse other users’ data

7. AI-Generated Content

Fixora uses AI to suggest code repairs. These suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. Always review repairs before applying them. NOVAA Studios is not responsible for any damage caused by applying AI-generated code changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Fixora and its branding are owned by NOVAA Studios. Your code remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

9. No Warranty

Fixora is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVAA Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fixora.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fixora after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or website.
